Exactly where in St Louis are you located?

Lagniappe is in the Soulard neighborhood, directly south of Downtown & the Arch...and only 2 blocks north of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. We're really not more than a 20-minute drive from anything in the greater-St Louis metro area.

So where does everyone sleep?

We can comfortably sleep 8 adults: 3 King beds, 2 Twins (PLUS we have a Full-size air mattress, a Pack-N-Play, and a basinette for Littles, if needed.)
Upper Level: We have 2 bedrooms on the upper level, both with King beds. The Den has a daybed with 2 Twin beds.
Lower Level: There is 1 bedroom with a King bed, and a Full-size air mattress.
And no...unlike many listings, there's not a sofa bed in sight! Just real beds with memory foam mattresses and hotel-quality linens for your sleeping pleasure.

Are there stairs?

Yes...lots of them, actually! Lagniappe sits on a rise, so there are 19 steps to the front door, and 12 up to the Back Patio. Again, all bedrooms are located either upstairs, or down; there are no sleeping arrangements on the Main Level.

Why should I book on your website rather than Airbnb or Vrbo?
