Why Book Direct with us?

When you book direct with us, you pay less with no third-party booking fees.

Plus early check-in and late check-out options, when our calendar permits.

How do I reserve a stay?

Simply click on the BOOK NOW button, check availability for the dates you are looking for, and pay online.

How old do I have be to book?

Booking guest must be 21 yrs or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification. Upon completion of a reservation, confirmation will be emailed to the guest.

Check in/Check out time?

Check-in time is 3 pm CT. Check-out time is 11 am CT.

Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested before the morning of departure, and are subject to availability. There may be an additional charge added in order to accommodate changing the cleaners’ schedule.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, our property has high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. We also have 2 dedicated work areas (a desk in the Den upstairs, and a large table in the basement Kitchenette).

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we do! We allow 1 medium, or 2 small adult dogs. We also provide pet towels, pet spray cleaner in the event of an accident, and a dedicated can on the lower balcony for pet waste, if needed.

Do you provide a guidebook with local things to do & see?

Absolutely! We have physical guidebooks in each home, and we are happy to offer other recommendations upon request.
